Terms of Service & Data Deletion

Part 1: Terms of Service

Welcome to BotBD. By using our Meta automation platform (chatagent.botbd.tech) and SaaS products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Usage & Acceptable Conduct

  • Our service is designed to automate customer support and sales on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • You agree not to use our bot for sending spam, violating Meta's Platform Policies, or facilitating illegal transactions.
  • You are responsible for the content, product details, and responses generated through your connected pages.

2. Subscriptions & Service Availability

  • BotBD is a subscription-based service. The bot's functionality and message limits depend on your active plan.
  • While we strive for 99.9% uptime via Render and Supabase, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost sales during potential downtimes or Meta API outages.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse our AI systems.

Part 2: Data Deletion Instructions

For Meta App Review & Users: BotBD complies with Meta's data deletion requirements. Users have full control to permanently erase their Meta-associated data from our servers.

If you want to remove your Facebook or Instagram page from BotBD and permanently delete all associated data, follow these steps:

Method 1: Disconnect via BotBD Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your BotBD account at chatagent.botbd.tech/login.
  2. Navigate to the Configuration page from the sidebar.
  3. Locate the "Meta Channel Integration" section.
  4. Click the "Disconnect Page" button next to your active Page ID.
  5. Confirm the action. Result: Your Meta access tokens and page details are immediately and permanently erased from our Supabase database. The bot will stop working instantly.

Method 2: Remove App via Facebook Settings

  1. Log in to your personal Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. Navigate to Business Integrations.
  4. Find BotBD_app in the list and click Remove.
  5. Once removed, Facebook invalidates the tokens, and our system will automatically drop your connection data during the next API sync attempt.
