Welcome to BotBD. This Privacy Policy applies to our entire suite of software products hosted on botbd.tech (including our ERP and SaaS solutions) and our dedicated Meta automation platform hosted at chatagent.botbd.tech.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and your customers' data. This policy explains how we collect, process, store, and delete data when you connect your Facebook and Instagram pages to our AI-powered auto-reply services.

To provide our SaaS and chatbot automation services, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Data: When you register on our dashboard, we collect your name, email address, and billing information.
• Meta Permissions & Tokens: When you connect your Facebook or Instagram page via our one-click Meta Business Login, we securely collect and store your Page ID and Access Tokens to enable automation.
• Bot Configuration Data: Any rules, product details, and behavioral settings you configure inside our Supabase-powered dashboard.
• Customer Interaction Data: We temporarily process incoming messages, comments, and order inquiries sent by your customers to generate accurate, context-aware AI replies.

We strictly use the collected data to provide and maintain our services:

• AI Auto-Replies: Your customers' messages are securely transmitted to our backend servers hosted on Render. From there, the data is processed using securely stored AI API keys to generate human-like, automated responses.
• Service Management: We use your configurations saved in Supabase to control the bot's behavior, manage product inventories, and tailor the auto-replies to your business needs.
• System Improvements: To monitor server performance on Render and ensure uninterrupted automation for your Meta pages.

We do not sell or rent your data. Your data interacts with trusted, secure third-party infrastructures solely for operational purposes:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): For receiving incoming webhooks and sending automated replies.
• Supabase: Our primary secure database where your account details, access tokens, and bot configurations are safely encrypted and stored.
• Render: Our secure cloud hosting provider where our backend server processes AI logic.
• AI Providers: Customer messages are processed via our external AI APIs strictly for the purpose of generating conversational replies. This data is not used to train external AI models.

We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect your data:

• All communication between your Meta pages, our Render backend, and our Supabase database is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.
• API keys and Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest within our database.

• One-Click Disconnect: You can revoke Meta permissions and disconnect your Facebook or Instagram pages at any time directly from the chatagent.botbd.tech dashboard.
• Automated Data Erasure: The moment you disconnect your page, our system is programmed to automatically and permanently erase your Meta access tokens and associated page data from our Supabase database.
• Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your BotBD account and all associated SaaS data by contacting our support team.
